A little bit about me and my family: My grandparents, Willis and Annie Betty Armstrong, started our business in 1947. They had one truck, a 3,000 square foot warehouse, and one full-time employee. They ran the business until they retired and turned the business over to my father, Will Armstrong, in 1964. In 1965 I was born. I grew up with our moving company as a part of my everyday life. I attended college, married, had two wonderful sons, and in 2004 I joined the company business, taking it over full time in 2011 when my dad retired (although he still hangs around, enjoying a cup of coffee and visiting with customers).
From that one truck, small warehouse, and one employee 70 years ago; Armstrong Movers has grown to include seven trucks, a 45,000 square foot warehouse, and dozens of employees. I wanted you to know a little bit about me and my company so you would understand that you are a part of our community and that to us, your move is very personal and earning your trust is our number one priority.
I would love an opportunity to visit with you about what you need from your mover, and because each move is different, we’re proud to offer you a free, no obligation in-home survey to make sure that we understand the scope of your move so we can meet your expectations.
Big moves, small moves, across town, or across the country, we want to be your mover! I look forward to visiting with you soon!
Susan Armstrong Cain
The whole experience wreaked of Professionalism. I guess I’m like everyone else in that I may not have much, but what I have is important to me….And that same attitude was reflected by the men that moved me. They displayed the utmost care in making sure that everything was properly packed and carefully loaded and reversed the process upon delivery.David J.
I salute the owner Susan Armstrong Cain in proving that a Family owned and operated business is still the best way to do business.
