My grandparents, Willis and Annie Betty Armstrong started our business in 1947. At the time Armstrong began, they had one truck, a 3,000 square foot warehouse, and a single full-time employee. They ran our business until they retired and then turned it over to my father, Will Armstrong, in 1964. I was born a year later, in 1965, and grew up with our moving company as a part of my everyday life. I attended college, married, had two wonderful sons, and had a 15-year career with a Texas Furniture chain.  In 2004 I decided to join the family business. After my father retired in 2011, I took over full-time. He still hangs around from time to time and is usually seen enjoying a cup of coffee while visiting with customers.
